RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The short version

Because every order is printed just for you, we can't accept returns for change-of-mind (wrong size you guessed on, gift that wasn't a hit, etc.). But if we mess up, we make it right - every time.

We'll always fix it if:

• Your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
• You receive the wrong item or size

Just email JSlade124@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or refund - your call.

Size exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? We can't restock a made-to-order piece, so exchanges aren't available - but double-check the size chart on each product page before you order and you'll be golden. When in doubt, size up for that relaxed fit.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
